About the Role
Are you an experienced Medical Billing professional looking to pivot your career into high-impact Business Development and Information Security Compliance?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and target-driven Team Lead who deeply understands the Medical Billing domain and can leverage this knowledge to drive our global business growth. You will act as the face of our business to potential clients while simultaneously championing our internal security and compliance protocols.
What You Will Do
Business Development & Client Relations
● Drive outbound business development through marketing emails and strategic cold calls.
● Actively participate in and lead client calls, demonstrating deep knowledge of our medical billing services.
● Build, maintain, and expand robust contact lists of potential clients and leads.
● Oversee digital marketing efforts, including updating blogs on the company website and digital platforms.
● Act as the primary liaison with third-party SEM and SEO vendors to ensure high digital visibility.
● Manage and push updates across our website and Seyyone applications.
● Ensure seamless, day-to-day coordination and relationship-building with existing clients.
Security Compliance & IT Coordination
● Collaborate closely with the IT team to implement, monitor, and maintain stringent security compliance.
● Continuously monitor, document, and publish organisational compliance status and statements.
● Act as the first line of defence and protocol management in the event of security breaches.
● Conduct and oversee comprehensive compliance training for internal teams.
● Undertake any other operational responsibilities assigned by Management.
The Ideal Candidate
● Domain Expertise: Must have 5 to 7 years of strong, hands-on experience in Medical Billing / RCM.
● Leadership: Currently operating at a Team Leader (TL) level or possessing the demonstrable leadership qualities to step into this role.
● Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for international client interaction and content management.
● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable handling digital marketing tasks, liaising with SEO vendors, and managing web updates.
