The Group, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Lead Associate plays an essential part in ensuring that Davies Group, its divisions, and their suppliers maintain robust risk management practices. This position is central to safeguarding the organisation’s operations, enabling them to function in a safe, secure, and resilient manner.
The role holder provides vital support across multiple divisions, addressing all matters related to operational risk, third-party risk, resilience, and information security. In addition, the analyst is responsible for delivering comprehensive reporting, conducting thorough analysis, and offering support with relevant tools and systems.
Supplier Relationship Support & Third-Party Risk Management – 90%
- Support Supplier Relationship & Risk Management (SR&RM) Senior Manager with the Supplier Relationship & Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) policies, framework & tooling
- Support supplier categorisation activity and ensure suppliers are categorised (new and existing)
- Support the process for relationship management, identification and coordination of risks and collaborate with key stakeholders on the assessment content and approach
- Perform analysis on assessment outcome / identify key risks that require remediation
- Manage Supplier / TPRM mailbox notifications and escalations
- Support relevant tools, process and procedures including reporting and maintenance of SaaS tools eg.: Coupa
- Support the maintenance of questions sets in line with regulatory / standards changes
- Support oversight activity of supplier relationship activity and third-party risks and support the business in managing appropriately.
- Provide high quality reporting and dashboards
Operational Risk – 5%
- Support Supplier Relationship & Risk Management (SR&RM) Senior Manager in identifying and managing risk Support data quality reviews and highlight gaps in completeness / quality issues
- Provide support / complete monthly reporting and analysis as required
Due Diligence – 5%

Support client due diligence activity as required including client questionnaires, documentation and monitoring of request mailbox.

2 years + experience of a supplier or third-party risk management discipline
- Experience of using supplier management tools - preferably Coupa
- Good working knowledge of supplier management, ideally in existing role
- Foundational Operational Risk management knowledge
- Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple areas
- Good communicator and able to articulate complex activity in a clear, concise manner.
- Good MS Office 365 skills – ideally Power BI, Supplier SaaS tools and Excel skills.
- Coupa experience preferred
- 2+ years’ experience relating to supplier management
