Key Responsibilities
Cloud Modernization
Assess existing applications and infrastructure to identify modernization opportunities.
Support the migration of on-premises and legacy workloads to AWS.
Assist in designing and implementing cloud-native and hybrid cloud solutions.
Recommend modernization strategies aligned with business and technical objectives.
AWS Infrastructure
Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Configure and maintain core AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
Support high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Automation & DevOps
Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.
Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Application Modernization
Assist in modernizing monolithic applications into cloud-native architectures.
Support containerization using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
Work with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda and API Gateway where applicable.
Security & Governance
Implement AWS security best practices using IAM, KMS, Security Groups, and VPC controls.
Support compliance and governance initiatives through AWS Config, CloudTrail, and monitoring tools.
Ensure cloud environments follow organizational security standards.
Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Amazon CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
Optimize cloud resources for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Collaboration
Work with cloud architects, developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
Participate in technical design discussions and project planning.
Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
Provide knowledge transfer and support during project delivery.

Git
