Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle: requirement analysis, development, implementation, testing, and go-live
- Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
- Build custom modules, workflows, reports, and automations
- Handle integrations, APIs, and data migration
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Provide UAT support and post-go-live enhancements
- Communicate with clients and deliver solution demonstrations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo framework, XML, QWeb, and PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization
- Experience handling complete Odoo implementations independently
