Sales Executive – Insurance (Life & Health)
Job Role
We are looking for experienced Sales Executives for a growing insurance company. If you have a strong background in Life & Health Insurance sales and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell life and health insurance products to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of clients and sales activities
- Stay updated with insurance products and market trends
Eligibility
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Life & Health Insurance sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Existing client base in insurance
- Strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
