Job Summary Felicific Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Medical Billing Associate for US Healthcare night shift operations. The candidate will handle appointment scheduling, patient communication, EMR/EHR updates, insurance verification, medical billing support, telehealth coordination, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Handle patient calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Maintain and update EMR/EHR records accurately
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with medical billing processes
- Coordinate telehealth consultations and prescription requests
- Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies
Requirements
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Excellence English Communication skill
- Experience in US Healthcare/Medical Billing preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Shift Timings
- 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
- 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
