About the Role
WeShine Academy is hiring a TNPSC Trainer to guide and mentor aspirants preparing for TNPSC examinations. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their career goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct TNPSC coaching classes for students
- Prepare and deliver lessons based on the TNPSC syllabus
- Explain concepts clearly and answer students' questions
- Prepare study materials, notes, and practice tests
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Motivate students and help them prepare effectively for examinations
Eligibility
- Candidates who have cleared TNPSC examinations are encouraged to apply
- Experienced TNPSC trainers are also welcome
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good teaching skills are welcome
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
