Hands-on Training: Shadowing senior engineers, participating in workshops, and rotating through various engineering departments (e.g., design, production, quality, maintenance) to understand business workflows.Project Support: Assisting team members with technical tasks, project design, development, and system troubleshooting.Data & Analysis: Conducting research, preparing calculation templates, and analyzing data to support ongoing process improvements.Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate technical records, drawing revisions, and daily progress reports while adhering to industry standards.Site & Field Work: Visiting project sites, conducting inspections, and learning health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
