About Us Soul & Scents is a Mumbai-based home fragrance brand with a growing presence on Amazon India, Amazon UK/US, Walmart, Flipkart, and our own website. We create reed diffusers, room sprays, aroma oils, and car fragrances — and we're building the content infrastructure to match our growth.
The Role You'll be our in-house designer, handling all visual content — from Instagram creatives and social campaigns to Amazon listing images and Shopify banners. You'll work closely with the founder and brand lead to bring the Soul & Scents aesthetic to life across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Design social media posts, stories, and campaign creatives for Instagram and other platforms
- Create product listing images, A+ content banners, and packaging visuals
- Design promotional and seasonal creatives for marketplaces and the website
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Assist with moodboards, shot references, and creative briefs for shoots
Tools You Should Know
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (required)
- CorelDRAW (preferred)
- Canva for quick-turnaround assets
- Video editing — Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve (a plus, not mandatory)
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience (brand, agency, or freelance)
- Strong portfolio showing static design work across social and/or e-commerce
- Good aesthetic sensibility — clean, modern, lifestyle-oriented
- Able to handle multiple briefs and meet deadlines
- Proactive — brings ideas, not just executes
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms (Amazon A+, Shopify)
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
- Video editing skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
