We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities — from lead generation in the field to deal closure — while maintaining strong relationships with brokers, clients, and channel partners. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories to generate new business leads
- Identify and approach potential buyers, investors, and channel partners proactively
- Build and manage a structured client database with follow-up schedules and interaction logs
- Conduct and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers at project locations
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Established network of brokers and channel partners in the local market
- Strong verbal and written communication in the local language
- Ability to manage and analyse broker and client
- Own vehicle preferred for field mobility
- Should have a Bike and a valid driving license.
Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹30,086.35 per month
Experience:
- Field sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Property Sale: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- 2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)
