Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Crash and Safety Engineer to support vehicle crashworthiness and occupant protection development through CAE simulations and analysis. The candidate will work closely with design, testing, and product development teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform crashworthiness simulations using CAE tools.
- Analyze frontal, side, rear, and rollover crash performance.
- Evaluate structural integrity and energy absorption characteristics.
- Develop design recommendations based on simulation results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve vehicle safety.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
Required Skills
- Experience in Crash & Safety CAE.
- Hands-on experience with LS-DYNA, HyperMesh, ANSA, or similar tools.
- Understanding of vehicle safety regulations and crash standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier experience preferred.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
