Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Gujarati Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Candidates must be fluent in Gujarati and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory) and basic Hindi.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
