Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Intern to manage online sales operations and enhance business growth across various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for smooth dispatch
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords)
- Track inventory and ensure stock availability
- Work on promotional campaigns and discounts to boost sales
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of Excel
- Data entry and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management is a plus
