What You’ll Be Doing
- Running & scaling ads on Google + Meta (FB/IG)
- Playing with budgets like it’s a strategy game
- Finding the right audience (not just guessing)
- Testing creatives, copies & ideas (A/B everything )
- Tracking what’s working (CTR, CPC, ROAS = your daily lingo)
- Turning data into smarter campaigns
- Keeping up with trends before they become “old news”
What You Need
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with paid ads
- You’ve actually run campaigns (not just watched tutorials )
- You understand performance metrics & optimization
- Basic knowledge of tracking tools (Pixel, GA, GTM etc.)
- Curiosity + problem-solving mindset
