What we are looking for:
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will monitor inside sales metrics and manage entire sales admin process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end retail sales activities, including customer engagement and sales conversions

Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchase decisions

Drive customer success initiatives such as onboarding, relationship management, engagement, and account renewals

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and issue resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Support achievement of sales targets and business goals
Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience in a similar field

Passionate mind-set to hunt and onboard new clients

Excited to work in a dynamic and fast paced start-up environment and be ready to take on the challenges.

Experience of using CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot etc
