Role Description
This is a full-time/ part-time on-site role for a BIM Engineer located in Chennai. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing digital models, reviewing and producing construction drawings, coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and collaborating with Architecture and Civil Engineering disciplines. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Architecture.
- 1+ Years of Experience.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and concepts, including the ability to develop and manage digital models.
- Experience in creating and interpreting construction drawings.
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems integration within BIM projects.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and Civil Engineering principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in construction or engineering projects is a plus.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
