Purpose of Job:
Supervise and control motor production processes including component machining, stator/rotor assembly, winding, varnishing, testing, and dispatch readiness while ensuring quality, safety, and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end production of motors (stator, rotor, winding, assembly)
- Allocate and manage manpower for:
- Core stacking, coil insertion, winding, soldering
- Impregnation/varnish & oven curing
- Rotor assembly, shaft fitting.
- Final motor assembly & mounting
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved with minimal rejection and rework.
- Coordinate with:
- Stores for material availability (copper wire, lamination, bearings, shafts, insulation, etc.)
- Maintenance for machine breakdown support
- Monitor critical machines:
- Winding machines, pressing, slotting, balancing, ovens, test panels
- Maintain documents:
- Production reports, shift logs, test records, rejection analysis, material consumption
- Ensure quality compliance by following SOP, Work Instructions, and QMS standards.
- Train operators on process improvements and safety.
- Report daily status to HOD.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
