We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can generate qualified leads for our Website Development and Digital Marketing services through cold email outreach, cold calling, and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate should know how to identify potential clients, build prospect lists from scratch, and convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential businesses that require website development, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, branding, or other digital marketing services.
- Build targeted prospect lists from scratch using various lead generation tools and databases.
- Find decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Marketing Managers, Business Owners, etc.) along with their contact information.
- Execute cold email campaigns with personalized messaging.
- Conduct cold calls to introduce our services and qualify prospects.
- Follow up consistently through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead information and outreach activities.
- Track outreach metrics such as open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and conversions.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies to increase lead generation performance.
Required Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation and outbound sales.
- Strong knowledge of cold emailing and cold calling.
- Experience using lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.
- Ability to research companies and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Strong English writing and speaking skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Branding, or SaaS services.
- Understanding of email deliverability and outreach best practices.
- Experience with automation tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Mailshake.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who can independently source high-quality leads, engage prospects through cold outreach, and consistently generate qualified opportunities for our Website Development and Digital Marketing services. The candidate should be resourceful, data-driven, and comfortable working with outbound sales tools to build a predictable lead generation pipeline.
Pay: ₹9,919.79 - ₹40,481.60 per month
