JOB SUMMARY:
Executive Administrator (Executive Admin) supports senior management and helps keep office operations organized. Here are the main roles and responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage daily office operations
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain files and records
- Handle confidential information
2. Calendar & Meeting Management
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage executives’ calendars
- Arrange meeting rooms and agendas
- Take meeting minutes
3. Communication Handling
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate communication between departments and management
- Draft letters and official documents
4. Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport)
- Organize company events or meetings
- Prepare travel schedules and expense reports
5. Office Coordination
- Manage office supplies and vendors
- Support HR or finance teams with administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth workflow and office efficiency
6. Data & Report Management
- Maintain databases and records
- Prepare monthly or weekly reports
- Track projects or tasks for executives
7. Confidential Support
- Handle sensitive company information
- Assist executives with strategic or personal administrative tasks
