Job Summary:
The CRE / Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales for Wearch Developers’ projects. The role involves handling enquiries, client follow-ups, site visit coordination, and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries (calls, walk-ins, digital leads)
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, referrals, and campaigns
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential clients
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate data in CRM / sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion
- Provide post-sales support and customer service
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate / sales / telecalling
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer handling and persuasion ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
