Accounts Payable Associate (Fixed Term Contract)

As an Accounts Payable Associate at ICON, you will manage financial transactions, ensuring accurate records, and contribute to the smooth financial operations that support the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies through clinical trials.
What You Will Do:
You will take responsibility for accounting and financial operations deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:

Processing and verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies as needed.

Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and discrepancies.

Preparing and processing payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and wire transfers.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and invoices.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant accounting and financial operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
