We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Telecaller Executives to join our office-based sales team and contribute to our business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to EPC & MEP services.
- Generate and qualify business leads through telecalling.
- Share company profile, brochures, and service details via Email and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer data using MS Excel or CRM software.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team whenever required.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert business opportunities.
- Prepare daily call reports and maintain MIS records.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Confident, polite, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
