Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate business leads, contact prospective customers, explain our Pest Control and Facility Management services, schedule appointments/site inspections, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Explain company services, including:
- General Pest Control
- Termite Control
- Rodent Control
- Commercial & Residential Pest Management
- Housekeeping Services
- Facility Management Services
- Technical Maintenance Services
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic service information.
- Generate and maintain customer/lead databases.
- Schedule site inspections and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with customers regarding quotations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the Sales/BD team for qualified leads and site visits.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and service requirements.
- Send quotations, company profiles and service details through WhatsApp/email as instructed.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Update the CRM/MIS/Excel sheet on a daily basis.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
- Handle customer queries and escalate technical or commercial issues to the concerned department.
- Support promotional campaigns and database-based calling activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
