Job description
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and visionary School Principal to lead and manage our institution in the Thanjavur District. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, academic excellence, and development of the school. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to inspire both staff and students.
Roles & responsibilities
Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.
Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs and school policies.
Recruit, guide, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for students.
Maintain effective communication with parents, management, and the community.
Manage school budgets, infrastructure, and day-to-day operations.
Organise school events, extracurricular activities, and staff development programmes.
Requirements
Master's degree in Education or any relevant discipline
Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience with at least 1–3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of CBSE / State Board curriculum and school administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Tamil and English (both written and spoken).
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Thanjavur or Trichy District preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
