Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage lead qualification, client engagement, and property verification activities. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, coordinating meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate client and property records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and qualify inbound enquiries from marketing campaigns and portals.
- Connect with prospective clients to understand requirements and update CRM records.
- Schedule meetings between clients and sales representatives.
- Follow up on leads and support conversion efforts.
- Verify commercial property details with landlords and clients through outbound calls.
- Update and maintain accurate property and client data in the CRM.
- Create and manage new property inventories.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead management.
Requirements
- Strong communication and telecalling skills.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai locations and commercial real estate micro-markets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable options.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead management, CRM operations, or real estate preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
