Job Title: Back Office – Administration (Audit Planning)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents for audit planning through the company portal
- Regular follow-up with clients to ensure timely submission of documents
- Liaise with auditors for documentation and audit requirements
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audit processes
- Assist in planning and scheduling audits efficiently
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in internal systems
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Any Stream Prefrable
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in an industrial or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of audit processes and documentation handling
Required Skills:
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office and online portals
- Attention to detail and time management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience working in industrial or engineering environments
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated
