International Voice Process Executive
We are hiring for an International Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls and assisting customers professionally.
Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Support
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English speaking
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain excellent customer experience
