- TGT Mathematics (Grades 6–8): Focus on building strong foundational concepts in Geometry, Algebra, and Arithmetic.
- Secondary Mathematics (Grades 9–10) - CBSE Board: Specializing in the NCERT curriculum and Board Exam preparation.
- Secondary Mathematics (Grades 9–10) - Maharashtra State Board: Expert knowledge of the SSC curriculum and state-level assessment patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that simplify complex mathematical theories.
- Board Preparation: For Grades 9 and 10, conduct rigorous practice sessions, solve previous years' question papers, and provide strategies for time management during exams.
- Lesson Planning: Create structured lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, integrating ICT tools and "Math Lab" activities.
- Assessment: Regularly evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and mental math drills. Maintain detailed records of academic performance.
- Student Support: Identify students who require remedial help and provide extra guidance to bridge learning gaps.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
Candidate Profile
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics with a mandatory B.Ed. degree.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in the respective boards (CBSE/SSC).
Skills: Strong command over the subject, excellent communication, and patience.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with educational software, and online grading systems.
