Position: Customer Relationship Officer – Sales
Experience: 4–5+ years
Job Description:
- Handle B2B sales and customer relationship management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, and institutional clients.
- Promote and sell building materials and bio products such as bio-sewage treatment solutions.
- Generate new leads, follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Installation teams for timely delivery and service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular customer follow-ups.
