About the role :-
As a Business Development Associate, you will be a key member of our sales team, playing a vital role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities :-
· Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
· Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through various communication channels.
· Assist in developing and executing strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
· Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Track and report on key performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications :-
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
· Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solutions.
· Proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.

Founder Collaboration
- Work directly with founders and co-founders on growth strategy and execution

Location: Remote / Hybrid
Experience Required: Experienced candidates only
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
