Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, meeting sales targets, and expanding our market presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote products to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets established by management.
- Build strong professional relationships with key medical practitioners.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for healthcare providers.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales forecasts on time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc), or related fields.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Travel: Must possess a valid driving licence and a two-wheeler for daily local travel.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
