Position: Jr. Quality Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor the quality of *automobile components, raw materials, and finished products*.
Conduct in-process and final inspections as per defined quality standards and specifications.
Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as *Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, and other measuring tools*.
Prepare and maintain *inspection reports, quality records, and documentation*.
Identify quality issues, defects, and process deviations and coordinate for corrective actions.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of *Automobile/Auto Component Manufacturing processes*.
Knowledge of *quality inspection and measuring instruments*.
Basic understanding of *Quality Control, RCA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools, and 5S*.
Ability to read and understand *engineering drawings and specifications*.
