Credit Recovery Executive
We are looking for an experienced Credit Recovery Executive to manage and drive the recovery of outstanding payments from B2B customers. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B credit recovery/collections, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally while achieving recovery targets.
Location : Newtown, Rajarhat
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on outstanding B2B receivables and overdue payments.
- Contact customers through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure timely payment recovery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding pending invoices and outstanding balances.
- Handle payment disputes and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or documentation issues.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement terms where required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, follow-ups, commitments, and recovery status.
- Monitor ageing reports and prioritize accounts based on outstanding amounts and ageing.
- Escalate long-pending or critical accounts to the management/legal team as required.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with B2B clients while ensuring effective recovery.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly recovery targets.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status, pending payments, and recovery performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in credit recovery/collections.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in B2B credit recovery / B2B collections.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve payment-related issues professionally.
- Good understanding of receivables, ageing, outstanding payments, and collection processes.
- Should be comfortable working from the required location and willing to travel/meet clients if required.
- Strong ownership, persistence, and target-oriented approach.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
