We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business associate. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- - Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and determining the best solution.
- - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
