You will:
- Represent the company at campus drives & industry events
- Present hiring insights to leadership
- Lead employer branding campaigns
- Host and anchor internal & external events
- Lead whole Talent Acquisition team
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy
- Own end-to-end recruitment Team
- Build quarterly & annual hiring roadmaps
- Lead and mentor the TA team; track KPIs and performance
- Manage vendors, job portals, and hiring partners
Employer Branding & Visibility
- Build strong presence across LinkedIn, job portals & offline channels
- Create campaigns that make candidates choose us over others
Campus Drives & Event Hosting
- Lead campus hiring strategy & university partnerships
- Host pre-placement talks, hiring drives, and open houses
- Deliver high-impact presentations and engage large audiences
- Ensure seamless execution of all hiring events
Performance Management
- Drive performance review cycles (quarterly / half-yearly / annual)
- Work with leadership on KPIs and talent calibration
- Build a culture of continuous feedback & growth
- Present insights and workforce data to leadership
Internal Communication & Leadership Visibility
- Anchoring in Event and HR sessions
- Draft clear, engaging internal communication
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership
Communication & Presence (Non-Negotiable)

Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience in an IT company (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing TA function or team
- Hands-on experience in employer branding & campus hiring
- Exposure to performance management processes
- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools ( Zoho Recruit) - Optional
- MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
