- Understand customer requirements and arrange site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead details in Excel/CRM/company application.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Field Sales Team for customer visits and quotations.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati/English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
