* Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing industry
* Strong knowledge of payroll & statutory compliance
* Proficiency in Advanced Excel
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities within deadlines
* Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Address employee grievances and foster a supportive environment to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
* Handle employee relations issues and provide support for resolving conflicts or grievances.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office equipment, services, and facilities management.
* Ensure efficient asset management, including tracking and maintenance of company equipment and resources.
* Utilize softwares for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
