Position: Staff Nurse

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to provide high-quality patient care. Candidates with ICU experience or the ability to independently manage ICU patients will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, assess their condition, and report any changes promptly to the treating physician.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Ensure proper infection prevention and control practices.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment, medication, and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical nursing standards.
- Respond efficiently to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 3 years of hospital experience is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with ICU experience or those capable of independently handling ICU patients.
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and teamwork.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Skills
- ICU patient monitoring and critical care management.
- Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS certification is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in medication administration and emergency response.
- Good documentation and patient communication skills.
