We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team at Moolchand Mill, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a background in fashion and a passion for creating attractive product displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and implement eye-catching in-store and window displays aligned with brand standards
Arrange merchandise strategically to highlight key products and promotions
Ensure store layout is visually appealing, organized, and customer-friendly
Collaborate with store and sales teams to plan seasonal and promotional displays
Monitor current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual presentations
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of display areas, mannequins, and props
Assist in inventory handling and ensure proper stock placement on the shop floor
Analyze customer engagement and suggest improvements to visual merchandising strategies
Follow company guidelines for branding and visual standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Background in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field
Basic understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and styling
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of current fashion trends
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
Hands-on experience through internships or projects is an advantage
