Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and website leads Explain project details and coordinate customer site visits Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM software Coordinate with sales and site teams for smooth operations Ensure a professional and positive customer experience Build and maintain strong customer relationships Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduation Mandatory Good communication skills in Hindi & English Experience in real estate/customer relationship management preferred Basic computer and CRM knowledge Presentable personality with customer-handling skills
