Job Title: Associate Recruiter
Department: Human Resource
Location: Iscon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad
Work Hours: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM IST or 6:30 AM to 3:30 AM IST
Salary: As per market standards and candidate skillset
About the Role:
- Work closely with Account Managers to meet the requirements of the clients in
sourcing, screening, and scrutinizing the applications received from suitable
candidates. (Resources)
- Strong research and networking skills to find and imply strategies for
the perfect candidate.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition from social media,
referrals, networking, and relevant advertising campaigns.
- Screening of applicants through databases, forums, social media, etc.
- Able to plan and execute a qualitative approach to the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
- Proactive team player and must have worked in any team environment.
- Strong English communication and coordination skills
- Deadline and goal-oriented person
- Willingness to work the night-shift
- Should have a keen interest to work in the recruitment industry
- Graduation in any field is mandatory
