Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (US Process)

Job Summary
BrightCHAMPS is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our US Sales team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of pre-sales, inside sales, or telecalling experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in the US shift.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Explain BrightCHAMPS' products and programs effectively.
Schedule demos/consultations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
Meet daily and monthly lead qualification targets.
Eligibility
6 months to 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable interacting with US-based customers.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates must own a personal laptop.
Work Details
Location: Work From Office – HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bangalore
Shift: US Shift
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: One rotational weekday off
Weekend Availability: Mandatory (Saturday and Sunday are working days)
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
