As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements, provide insights, and guide the development process to achieve optimal results. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience in application design and development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
