Work Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Director's office.
Key Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper scheduling and follow-ups.
- Prioritize appointments and manage scheduling conflicts effectively.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Meeting Management
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and action trackers.
- Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks and commitments.
- Ensure timely closure of action items discussed during meetings.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange travel itineraries, hotel bookings, transportation, and related logistics.
- Coordinate business visits, client meetings, and corporate events.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain confidential records, reports, and documents.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Administrative Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities of the Director's office.
- Track important deadlines, renewals, and key business activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience in calendar management, stakeholder coordination, and executive support.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
