D.Sign.D is looking for a responsible, proactive and result-oriented Store Manager to take complete ownership of our store operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, manage and motivate the store team.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer interactions, appointments, queries and escalations.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain D.Sign.D’s service standards.
- Coordinate with the design, production and management teams for smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock, billing, orders, alterations and other store-related processes.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Track staff attendance, performance and discipline.
- Identify operational issues and take initiative to resolve them independently.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
- Be flexible to work across D.Sign.D’s different branches in Chennai whenever required.
- Support new store openings, events and other brand activities.
Pay: ₹12,151.09 - ₹42,014.10 per month
