Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in Immigration industry (Mandatory)
- Must handled Queries related to Study Visa and Tourist Visa for AUSTRALIA, UK, USA, CANADA, GERMANY.
- Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi & English
- Confident, positive, and target-oriented personality
- Male & Female candidates both can apply
- Professional and pleasing personality
Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing clients with utmost respect and sympathy.
- Answering incoming calls on time.
- Proactively engaging with clients that have any queries or problems.
- Closing deals with 100% client satisfaction.
- Closing deals in accordance with closing policies of the company.
- Reducing the amount of refund if any.
- Maintaining proper record and documentation of deals closed on daily basis.
- Reporting to seniors.
