Job Title: Business Development Executive – Inside Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 4 years
Salary: 3 LPA to 4 LPA (Including PF) + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups
* Explain DBMCI MDS Egurukul programs and guide students regarding admissions
* Generate and convert leads into successful admissions
* Maintain strong communication and relationship with students
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Skills Required
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Experience in Calling Sales / Inside Sales / Telecalling / BDE roles
* Target-driven and confident personality
* Basic knowledge of CRM and sales follow-ups preferred
