Background
The Hans Foundation (THF), established in 2009, is a Public Charitable Trust that works towards creating an equitable society to enhance quality of life for all through the empowerment of marginalized and underprivileged communities in India. The Hans Foundation works for the Health and Wellbeing of remote and under-served groups, with an additional focus on children, persons with disabilities and women. THF also works for holistic Education and Livelihood development of our communities. Our Two-Fold Strategy involves identifying and working within Aspirational Districts and high poverty index in the North, North-East and East regions within specific states, as well as catering to lower-income and migratory populations in cities, through urban programs. Over its 15 years of existence, THF has reached more than 59 million beneficiaries through its programs. THF works with communities through direct implementation of projects on the ground in addition to providing local management and monitoring support to not-for-profit organisations in India funded through THF USA and RIST.
About Project
Strengthen the quality of services and learning among children (age 3-6 years) across 10 Balwadis 20 units (both shift) using digital medium. To enhance the quality of Balwadis by providing high-quality pre-school education & resources, ensuring a solid foundation for children's academic journey
General Information
- Location: All location of Delhi
- Type of Employment: Part Time, renewable basis project requirements

- Reporting to: Senior Project Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:

Identification and Mobilization of the children for 3 – 6 years of age
- Follow and use the module/curriculum and other materials

Assess student’s abilities & make teaching plans accordingly

In the absence of main teacher can manage the whole class
-
Conduct an assessment that focuses on both the long-term and short-term needs of the students
-
Conduct periodic assessment and evaluation
-
Keep track and reflect on students' progress to manage classroom crises and resolve conflicts.

Monitor children's behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed.

Prepare students for the transition to the next grade

Focus on the upgradation of their percentage and develop a strong base which helps them in academic and competitive classes

Ensuring the students attend classes on daily basis

Regular in touch with parents for student Feedback
- Daily reporting and documentation with the help of main teacher

Participation in a monthly review meeting

Enthusiastically participation in teacher's training program/faculty development program
Entire code of conduct should be in congruent with child rights policy & laws and policy for the protection, safety and overall well-being of the child.

Educational Qualifications:
- Under Graduation/ Graduation
- Candidate with NTT will be preferred
Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other Requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications etc.)

Freshers can be considered/ Freshers may also be considered; additionally, candidates with experience in tuition classes or teaching may be preferred.
