Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Business Analysis concepts and tools
- Teach business analysis techniques, documentation, and workflows
- Train students in requirement gathering and project understanding
- Explain SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and business process concepts
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments
- Help students with case studies and real-time project examples
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance
- Conduct doubt-clearing and interactive sessions
- Coordinate with management regarding training schedules and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
- Freshers can also apply
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Business Analysis concepts
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and requirement gathering
- Basic understanding of tools like Excel, Power BI, JIRA, or Visio is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to students
Preferred Skills:
- Training or teaching skills
- Knowledge in documentation such as BRD, FRD, and use cases
- Basic understanding of SQL and data handling
- Ability to handle classroom and online training sessions
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply
- Certification or training in Business Analysis is an added advantage
- Teaching or training experience is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
