About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically proficient 3D Artist with strong experience in 3D modelling, visualisation, rendering, exhibition design and event-space design, along with a basic working knowledge of graphic design.
The ideal candidate should be able to transform creative concepts and briefs into compelling 3D environments, realistic visualisations and presentation-ready designs for exhibitions, government events, pavilions, kiosks, experience centres, stalls and branding installations.
The role requires a strong understanding of spatial design, visualisation, materials, lighting, composition and practical execution, along with the ability to develop and revise designs based on client and internal feedback.
Key Responsibilities
1. 3D Design & Visualisation – Core Responsibility
- Develop high-quality 3D models, layouts, concepts and visualisations for exhibitions, government events, pavilions, stalls, kiosks, stage designs, experience centres and branded environments.
- Create 3D concepts and realistic renders based on creative briefs, floor plans, dimensions, brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Develop exhibition stall designs, spatial layouts, visitor-flow concepts, display units, counters, backdrops, signage, structural elements and experiential installations.
- Create detailed 3D walkthroughs, perspective views and presentation-ready renders for client presentations and approvals.
- Translate 2D concepts, sketches, references and creative briefs into accurate and visually compelling 3D environments.
- Handle 3D modelling, texturing, materials, lighting, camera composition and rendering to produce realistic and visually engaging outputs.
- Prepare multiple design options and revise 3D concepts based on client and internal feedback.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and suitable for actual fabrication, production and on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with event, production, fabrication, branding and creative teams to ensure that the final 3D concepts can be successfully executed.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material references, elevations, views and other visualisation material required for project execution.
2. Basic Graphic Design Responsibilities
- Create and adapt basic 2D graphic elements required for 3D environments, including banners, panels, signage, backdrops, display graphics, icons and branding elements.
- Incorporate logos, typography, campaign identities, photographs, illustrations and other visual assets into 3D designs.
- Create basic social media creatives, presentation graphics, layouts and supporting visual communication when required.
- Understand basic principles of layout, typography, colour, branding, hierarchy and visual communication.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and creative teams for advanced 2D artwork requirements.
- Adapt existing campaign and brand assets for use across exhibition and event environments.
Required Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in 3D design, 3D visualisation, exhibition design, event design, architectural visualisation or experiential branding.
- Experience in developing 3D exhibition stalls, kiosks, pavilions, event spaces, stage designs, experience centres and branding installations is highly desirable.
- Experience working on government projects, communication agencies, branding agencies, exhibition/event companies, architectural firms or development organisations will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in government exhibitions, pavilions, conferences, public events, experience centres or large-scale branding installations will be given preference.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modelling, visualisation, rendering and spatial/event design is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in ; 3D Design ; Animation ; Interior Design ; Architecture ; Fine Arts ; Visual Communication ; Multimedia Design or a related discipline.

- Comfortable working on projects related to exhibitions, government events, pavilions, stalls, kiosks and branded environments.
Portfolio Requirement
A strong portfolio is mandatory.

Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Salary is negotiable based on experience, technical skills, portfolio quality and overall suitability for the role.
